Creative sessions require courage. Courage to admit that you don’t yet have an answer. Courage to share your ideas with others. Courage to make yourself vulnerable creatively. That’s why I think it’s very important to make time and space for that. I do this through seemingly small things, such as creating a nice atmosphere in the room. Welcoming people by a hand-drawn poster, a poppy playlist and confetti!

Creative sessions are strategic sessions. In a session, you are the designer. You design a change. From a current state to a desired state. I guide you in that process. For crystal clear concepts that benefit us & the world. I design and lead custom workshops, master classes and strategic sessions. In doing so, I use design thinking, design sprint and creative thinking techniques.
